GSES – Utility Scale Solar Projects

This 4-hour course gives you a comprehensive introduction to all aspects of planning a utility scale solar project. From feasibility studies to commissioning and end-of-life considerations, you’ll learn which stakeholders are involved, the planning process, and the basic equipment used.

The course is ideal for engineers, project developers, managers, and planners who are new to utility scale solar. Many students come from EPCs and have moved into utility scale solar from other industries such as oil and gas or civil works. It’s eligible for 20 core CPD points with the Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA), valid until 1 December 2026.
