Account Troubleshooting
Want to jump into battery training but stuck setting up your profile? Find answers to account creation, login issues, and profile setup below.
Click "Sign Up" on the Academy homepage. Enter your email, create a password, and verify your account via email. Takes 2 minutes.
Open to Australian battery industry professionals, tradespeople transitioning to clean energy, and workforce entrants. No prerequisites for introductory courses.
Use your Academy email and password on the login page.
On the login page, click "Forgot Password" and follow the reset instructions sent to your registered email address.
Click your profile icon, then "Account Settings" and edit your name, job title, and company. Changes save automatically.
Courses & Enrolment
Discover how to browse courses, enrol, access materials, and manage your learning progress across our battery training programs.
Browse courses, click "Enrol Now" and complete payment or funding application. Access is granted immediately.
Certificate III/IV in a relevant trade is recommended. Introductory courses are open to all levels. Check the course page for specific requirements.
Yes, use guest checkout or create a team account. Contact us for bulk enrolment discounts.
Log in, go to Dashboard and click "My Courses". Click any course card to start learning.
Desktop or laptop are preferred, however lessons work on all devices including tablets and mobile phones.

Check your eligibility via our Building Future Battery Capabilities grants scheme.
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal, and direct debit. Invoices are available for approved organisations.
Yes, receipts are auto-generated after payment. Download them from "My Receipts" in your Dashboard.
